CPO Announces Internet Availability of 2008 Proxy Materials Corn Products International announced the Internet availability of proxy materials for its Annual Meeting of Stockholders under the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's new Notice and Access rule.

Record 29 Percent Rise in 2008 First Quarter Earnings Corn Products International reported record quarterly net income of $64 million, or $0.85 per diluted share, for the first quarter ended March 31, 2008, a 29 percent increase compared with net income of $50 million, or $0.66 per diluted share, last year.

CPO to offer New High-Intensity, Low-Calorie Sweetener Moving to broaden its global sweeteners platform for the food and beverage industries, Corn Products International announced the addition of a high-intensity, low-calorie sweetener derived from the stevia plant to its growing specialty ingredients portfolio.
