CPO Raises Quarterly Dividend 9%

WESTCHESTER, Ill., March 19, 2008 -- The Board of Directors of Corn Products International, Inc. (NYSE: CPO) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share on the Company's common stock, a 9 percent increase compared with its previous dividend of $0.11.

The dividend is payable on April 25, 2008 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 3, 2008.
